Melinda's room

Large furnished bedroom with a large closet. Quiet neighborhood with fantastic hiking trails a few blocks away. Easy parking with no restrictions. Private, fenced backyard. Clean, tidy house with ample common areas, shared bathroom that is large and newly remodeled.

I live out of state and my husband and I visit for a long weekend about once every 7 weeks. There is one roommate living there full time. He is one of the easiest people to get along with that you’ll ever meet. We share kitchen space nicely, which includes borrowing an egg or contributing olive oil. We keep things clean, tidy, and friendly. There is common area space outside and inside to use without anyone else around (for doing yoga or reading), and there is space to enjoy each other’s company. Whatever works for both roommates to get along is perfect.
