The 2nd floor has the 2 available bedrooms, a washer and dryer, as well as a shared full bathroom. The 3rd floor will be occupied by the landlord/owner. I will be occupying the 3rd floor. I’m in my early 30s and a healthcare worker that often works nights. I’m laid back though social however - I am absolutely respectful of others privacy and respectfully expect the same in return. I am looking for clean, responsible housemates that will be prompt with payment that are seeking a secure and comfortable spot to call home. The North Hollywood area, and this condo specifically, is great for younger and “more seasoned” tenants alike. It’s quiet, wellkept and provides easy access to essentially anything you need, including local groceries (i.e. Trader Joes) and more social spots such as Studio City and the NoHo Arts district. So whatever your “speed,” it’s a short Uber/Lyft or bike ride away. On premises I ask no smoking, off site, do as you please.
