Just ten minutes from Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach Pier, this home is situated in one of SoCal’s most buzzing neighborhoods. Live surrounded by amazing eateries including The Garden, Havana Mania, and Bluesalt Fish Grill. For convenient grocery shopping, it’s just a quick drive to Sprouts or Trader Joe’s. CVS is also only a short walk down the road. Plus, exploring other parts of the city is easy with access to highways 1 and 405 right around the corner.

I live with my Fiancé on the second floor, so you guys will have the first floor all to yourself. We have a puppy dog name Butter, but he will always be on the second floor and won’t bother you guys on the first floor. There is NO smoking allowed. There’s no kitchen access but we will provide a nice refrigerator, air fryer, microwave, a laundry room (you can do laundry anytime you want between the hours of 9AM and 9PM). The place is all brand newly renovated. My fiancé and I are both fully vaccinated and boosted as well.
