One bedroom, unfurnished, on the second floor plus a bonus room for a home office or private living room/study etc. adjacent to the bedroom. Private full bathroom upstairs as well. Laundry room, kitchen and downstairs living room is shared. Large backyard as well, no landscaping duties. Parking is on street but it’s never a hassle in this area.

I work for one of the local cities(not a cop) and if you know anything about local gov, it doesn’t pay well. I have the extra space and thought it I’d try renting out the room. I’m not married and have no kids so it’s pretty quiet and peaceful, the neighbors are great as well.
