The property is a 4 bedroom/ 2 bathroom house in West Asheville. It is a 2 story home located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, only a mile from Haywood Rd. The property also has a large backyard, back patio, and fire-pit.

The available space is on the lower level. You would have a large bedroom with a smaller room attached (perfect for an office space!) The space is currently furnished with a bed, bed side tables, dresser, and chair. The smaller room is furnished with a desk. Also the option to have unfurnished!

The shared spaces are located on the main level, along with your private restroom (bath/shower combo)

I am the homeowner and I would be the only other person residing in the home. I am 28 and work from home. When I’m not working, I enjoy going on walks with my 2 dogs, hiking, live music, and working out. I am a quiet roommate and am very clean.
