Murron's room

Very large attic bedroom available in a two-bedroom house for students and young professionals (when I say large, I mean HUGE, you wouldn’t have to leave except for food and bathroom). Partially furnished, room will include two full dressers, wall-mounted TV, tv stand, desk, rest of house has everything pictured except dining table and recliner. Bedroom includes three HUGE closets - two with long clothing racks and one with plenty of shelves. Single family house, driveway and plenty of street parking available. Fenced in yard with furniture, grill, koi pond, and a patio. Large partially finished basement with washer dryer, house also has dishwasher and tons of kitchen storage space. Single, 1600, 1850 for a couple. Lease/sublet starts August 30th/September 1st and goes until May 15th (move in date is flexible). Other utilities not included are gas, electric, water, wifi, and lawn care, which varies month to month and would be split by person.

Queer-friendly is necessary. You would live with me, 24 woman, current grad student and full-time professional, and my wonderful pictured dog. The place is pet friendly, but the animal must get along with my dog and cannot bark often as I frequently WFH. My dog does have positive experience living with cats with zero issues and is literally the best dog and will not damage anything of yours. I prefer things neat but not to an intense level.
