Tina's room

I have a very small 2 bedroom home and would like to rent one of the bedrooms to a mature, responsible, respectful helpful adult who doesn’t have substance abuse issues. This is not a glamorous home, it’s very country. I have an acre of land with a barn and large garage on the property, so plenty of storage. There’s also room for you to have a garden if you’d like. You would also have access to the washer and dryer.

I’m an older divorced biochemist, still working woman who has family that visits occasionally and a grandson that spends the weekend about every 6 weeks-ish. I’m open to diverse lifestyles that are considerate and non judgmental of mine. I have a couple small dogs but love animals and will consider a cat if you feel the circumstances of the home would be appropriate for him/her. I’m open to discussing circumstances.
