About the room
The room is 11’x10’. Furniture is included (except for tv & standing mirror). You are welcome to remove the rug, or re arrange the room. The bedroom overviews the backyard with pretty trees, and the El Cerrito hill.
Everything around the house is shared, bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard, etc. There is available parking.
For people commuting to Berkeley. El Cerrito Plaza Bart Station is a 10 minute walk, and a 15 minute ride to Berkeley.
The house is in a great location. Costco and Ranch 99 Market is 5 mins away. A lot of walking distance grocery stores and shops nearby.
About the roomies
I recently moved out and am looking for someone to take the room. The current roommate there is Reina. She loves to shop and cook food. She likes to keep the house clean, and I would help out with those chores. She loves making a comfortable friendly living space. She is very sweet, likes to talk about many things (if you’d like), and loves to go out.
