The home has hardwood flooring, central heat and air conditioning, laundry, large kitchen with 2 fridges, large stove, dishwasher, tons of cabinets and countertops. Nice place for sure.
Walk to groceries, doctor, dentist, church, donut shop, restaurants and 7-Eleven. C-Tran #25 bus stop is next door. 7 minutes to Clark College. 15 minutes to Washington State University Vancouver campus. 10 minutes to the Vancouver waterfront.
The room is the non-conforming private entrance room with harwood flooring. It measures 9x11 to one corner and 8x16 to the other corner (one wall is an angled wall), has it’s private entrance, a built in bench and is located away from the other bedrooms.
Option 1/ $720/m plus $130/m flat fee for your share of central heat/air conditioning, electric, internet, washer/dryer, yard care with a 12 month minimum stay. Option 2/ $1100/m including costs with a 3 month minimum stay.
$850 refundable security deposit. $50 background screening fee.
Who the housemates are is most certainly more important than the house and amenities. We are an established shared co-ed home since January 2018. We are currently 22-62 aged friendly and inviting, highly vetted, more professional, single, clean, quiet, more introverted but social with each other gents. We are a no drama, no smoke, no weed, no vape, no animals, no kids (maybe a visiting child), clean and quiet home environment. Home is where we rest, recharge and enjoy each other’s company. Our housemate has sadly taken a job relocation leaving a room available. We have previous housemate references.
We are looking for one more single occupancy gal or gent to fill the room. Please let us know if you’d like to meet us. You will first speak with the property manager who will make sure that you can pass screening and are a good fit for the house culture.
