Hi, my names Kristina! I am a female professional/army veteran in tech that works from home. I am very clean and neat and would expect the same out of a roommate. You must be clean, employed (proof of income required), no drugs, no pets, no smoking, no criminal history, and no overnight guests. I do require a deposit. We will have a contract so both of us are safe from moving in to moving out. $800 includes private room and private bathroom/wifi/utilities. I’m a huge dodgers fan, and play recreation softball!
