Greysi's room

Hello, I am renting out the second bedroom the listed condo. It is 2 bedrooms with a shared full bath. Condo is located near the Forest Hill area of Richmond (North Chesterfield/Bon Air). Close to many shopping centers and about 20 min from downtown Richmond. Water, internet and parking is included in the $850, but electric will have to be split between the two roommates (This agreement is made between the two tenants). Pictures are from when condo was staged, so it is furnished by the current tenant.

The current roommate is a young, male professional that is 25 years old. He is very respectful and clean and he keeps the shared space tidy. He also has a very well behaved, hyperallergenic dog (pitbull), so if you do not feel comfortable with a dog, please do not inquire. If you are interested I can set up a walkthrough and you can meet the current tenant. Background check is needed for all tenants.
