Greysi's room

Hello, I am renting out a room in my condo. It is 2 bedrooms with a shared full bath. Condo is located near the Forest Hill area of Richmond (North Chesterfield). Close to many shopping centers and about 20 min from downton Richmond. All utilities included (water, electric, internet, parking) in the $700.

I am 29, a teacher and VCU grad student from NoVA who just recently moved down to RVA. I am clean and like to keep the shared spaces tidy. Don’t know what else to say, but you can ask me any questions.
