Hi everyone! ROOM AVAILABLE starting January 2024. I am renting an unfurnished room (room only has a bed currently but can be removed) for 750$. The room has its own spacious closet and the bathroom is shared. The house is 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms and is located 2 miles away from Downtown Greenville. Located close to Cleveland park. Easy access to Augusta Rd and its surroundings.

I work in healthcare and enjoy the occasional beer, I am clean and easy going. My other roommate is 35F and she is a financial analyst. There is a dog in the house called Bailey he is the greatest and most social welsh terrier ever! I am looking for someone who is also employed is clean and most importantly respectful.
