By the way, furnishing in the bedroom is completely optional, A very good king size bed is available but could be stored. OK, about the room & me.. Therapeutic bodyworker and Artist/singer is seeking a housemate to create a congenial shared home. The large bedroom has a private bath, optional furnishing, woodfloor, and split system heating/cooling, so the temperature can be custom regulated. My home is charming, with outdoor spaces, very near N Mountain Park, has mountain views, & a bathhouse with a deep clawfoot tub. It’s walking distance to Plaza/Main St./Lithia. The cost is $800. plus half of the utilities (average about $150 each per month). Cost includes access to washer/dryer, full kitchen, common living areas which we both maintain, and a yard open for a garden space. This is a month to month arrangement at first, with ideally a longer occupancy if mutually desired. Security deposit is in the same amount, $950. and references are required. Access to my home-treatment room is a possibility.. to be negotiated.
