Fully furnished room in an old fashioned Florida garden home in a residential neighborhood. We are about 2 miles from downtown Fort Lauderdale and 4 miles to the beach. Also very close to airport, I-95/595/turnpike, buses and trains.

Room is 10x15 plus the bathroom and large closet. It also has it’s own entrance with small outside patio, parking spot, ensuite bathroom, large closet and efficiency kitchenette with all the necessary kitchen equipment, fridge, microwave, toasteroven, cook wear, utensils etc. There is a single bed, table with chair, comfortable arm chair with ottoman and HD TV. Monthly rent includes utilities and internet (no cable but Netflix and Amazon Prime). An inside cat would be okay.

We are asking for first and last plus a deposit. We are willing to work with you on paying last and the deposit in the first two months. First and second months would be $1575.00 and then $950 per month.

No overnight guests or smoking cigarettes please!

We are looking for a quiet single person to live in our efficiency room. The room is set up to be separate from the rest of the house and we don’t share our side of the house.

I am a landscaper and I work from home. We also have cats so please be cat friendly.
