Jim's room

I have a fantastic property with a room to rent with your own private bathroom! You will have full access to the entire property except my master suite and office. The best part of this property is that I am only a half a mile away from Kroger, Johnny’s pizza and many other amazing restaurants that you can walk to!! It is pet friendly if you have a dog that plays well with other dogs. I have a 30 pound golden doodle that loves playing with any dog, so your pet would be very welcome and have a great playmate. So your dog would have full reign of the house and the backyard that is fenced in and pet friendly!

It is just me and my golden doodle living on this property. I am very laid-back and work regular business hours from my home office! I will share storage space in the garage as well as back in the shed that is surrounded by a nice fenced in backyard. After work hours I usually hang out in my sunroom or in the backyard gardening. You could certainly have the living room your bedroom and your own personal bathroom all to your self. Feel free to get in touch if you are interested so we could set up a time for a tour.
