Hi! I’m looking to move slightly closer to a new job I got so looking to sublet a room I have. I currently have 1 roommate, she’s awesome and super nice. Females only please! The room can come with a bed frame or I can take it with me, whatever if preferred by you. The security deposit is $1,000. I will be paying for July’s rent so you will pay 1/2 directly to me since July will be payed for. The apartment itself is still relatively unfurnished and completely remodeled. Personalities I feel would mesh best with current roommate: outdoorsy but also homebody, likes to go out on weekends, fun-spirited and overall we are both really sweet and kind girls!

We are in Lower Nob Hill so this is a great, great price for the area.

There are nearby coffee shops, thrift stores, luxury consignment stores, restaurants and I feel that this location is totally central to everything!
