Meredith's room

This listing is for two rooms + a private bath for an entire floor. The floor contains one room (a large recreational room) and the other one is a bedroom with a private bath. The potential tenant will have an entire floor to him or herself. Recent upgrades include ceiling fans (we have some older pictures here) and a new washer, dryer, fridge, etc.

The neighborhood has sidewalks, lake trail, pool, tennis, and additional private access to a lot of trails and parks, the house has 3 floors, and is located near the Suwanee Sports Academy.

The current roomies are working professionals, we work from home on another separate floor. We are big foodies and friendly individuals, and we are clean, quiet. and we mostly just stay in our rooms or are at our friends’ places.

We are looking for just one more working professional to stay with us and the number of roomies will always be capped at 3.
