This small private , very comfortable and very quiet room is for 1 (ONE) PART TIME RENTER WHO NEEDS A PRIVATE FURNISHED ROOM & SHARED BATHROOM 2-3 days a week , or ONLY ON WEEKENDS .

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank You Full bath shared with 1 other renter . Street parking or paid parking in driveway. The room is furnished ,and the house is stocked . You may use every thing in the house . please note: THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL STORAGE .inside or outside the house . All of your stuff , your music , incense, telephone , conversations stay in your room. Room is cozy and quiet and youll sleep like a baby.

(possible )$50 utilities per month. Once again , this room is PART TIME. Large living room , dining room private ranch style house . owner lives on property in separate dwelling but is rarely home .

2 nice normal people who work full time, one is retired no smoking no drugs no EXCESSIVE noose or frequents guests allowed.
