2000 sq ft 4 bedroom house with large rooms. Corner lot and very private with large park across the street . Back yard is manicured with fire pit and seating areas . All utilities are included and room being rented furnished. 225 weekly or 850 monthly rent . Bathroom shared with 1 quite tenant we barely see or hear . shared full size fridge with other tenant. Laundry , appliances and all kitchen ware is available for use just bring your basic needs . We have no cable tv but can stream . We have Netflix , Disney and Roku tv available. Weekly / monthly leases available. After 1st month May do up to 6 month lease at a time and renewable if all works well . No pets , no children , no couples . Smoking allowed outdoors

House is occupied by me 50 my wife and 4 year old son . We have 1 tenant who is 53 single and no kids . We have property up north and spend a decent amount of time during the summer up there . We do have 1 dog and 1 cat in the home . Dog travels with us when we leave . Garage and driveway not available for tenants. Parking is available across street . Living room not available to tenants unless we are out of town . Family room is a common area for all . We are clean and house is kept up . Shoes off at front door to keep house cleaner . We are looking for a quiet tenant that keeps to themselves and will treat this as a buisness relationship. Thanks Jesse
