Your bedroom will be upstairs and adjacent to your primary bathroom (full bathroom) in which you may possibly be sharing with possible future roommate. You will be sharing kitchen, laundry, living room (all downstairs) with me.

Hello, I am a 48 year old married (my wife currently lives out of state) professional who works out of town and on-call so you should have the house for yourself much of the time (unless another room is also rented- if you know someone who wants to rent a room please let me know!).
