Room: This will be a room with en-suite private bathroom. The room is pretty big. Pic shown has a queen size bed with plenty of room for other stuff.

Location: 6.5 miles (12-14 minutes) from Barrett pkwy, KSU marietta campus, 7 miles (11 -13 mins) from KSU main campus, 11-12 minutes from marietta square, 15-18 minutes from the battery (sun trust) stadium, Cobb Pkwy, 10-12 minutes to Indian stores, 3 minutes from Publix and quick trip, 5 mins to CFA etc. Very close to bars, breweries and restaurants. 75 hwy easy accessible, Quiet and calm neighborhood.

Amenities: House comes with washer, dryer, access to kitchen and private backyard. There are two pet dogs in the house who is super friendly.

Utilities: We split all utilities down to the middle by the number of people who live in the house. This is the most easiest and hassle-free way. Monthly cleaning occurs in the entire house. cost per person is $50/month for monthly detailed cleaning. This is not included in the rent and is mandatory.

Minimum duration 6 months.

There are currently 2 people in the house including me. Everybody has their own rooms. We have an amazing clean home and a beautiful backyard to enjoy.
