The bed has 6 drawers underneath (locker type bed) If needed you are welcome to bring your own dresser. The closet is a nice size. There is a security system with keyless entry front door. Looking for responsible person with good moral/ethical character.

I am semi retired and self employed. I sometimes work from home. I have a full life and stay busy. I respect others privacy/space as I would have others respect mine. I have guests over on occasion but for the most part it’s pretty quiet. I have a small dog (10lbs) she is an 12yr old Bichon who is part of the family 😊 She doesn’t shed and considered a hypoallergenic pet. She is smart and sweet. This home is drug and smoke free inside and out. Looking for a responsible, professional person, military, student, clean and respectful Roomie 😊. I’m located 11 miles from UWF and about 5 miles from PSC Milton Campus. About 20 minutes to West Fl Hospital. Rental is on a month to month basis with 30 days notice.
