Queer house near central/unm campus looking for 3rd roommate. Private bathroom, private ac, free bedroom composed of 2 small rooms, large living room/kitchen, access to a back yard, no washing machine, not accessible (2 steps entrance, small bathroom)

$417/month utilities incl. 6 months lease. Landlord asks for first and last month plus $400 deposit on move in day.

Looking for someone respectful of the shared spaces, able to keep things clean and tidy (dishes done after meals) and able to communicate effectively! We don’t smoke inside the house but we have a little stoop for smoking if you smoke. Some drinking but not a party house.

Your roommates would be:

Jen, 23, uses they/them pronouns, from Ohio, moved to ABQ in August 2021. They work 8-5 doing neuroscience research so they work a lot during the week. They like to roller skate, knit, do puzzles, go out for drinks, and hoping to made a garden bed soon.

They have a black cat named Penny who is super friendly. Landlord already made an exception for her in the lease so we can’t have more animals move in.

Blanca, 35, uses she/her, student in psychology, works part time, likes sports.
