Hey guys I am looking for a roommate! I have a furnished bedroom in my home that would be ideal for an Augustana College student or young adult. I live near the Hauberg Estate about a mile away from Augustana College. It is a nice neighborhood with quick access to both the bridges and the best local businesses — no crime, no crazies! Just looking for someone chill and respectful to live here. Please no kids or pets. Must be 21+ years old. The bedroom includes everything listed below and I of course would be happy to share the rest of my home with you too. I have a bunch of cool stuff to share — vintage stereo, Xbox One, musical instruments, veggie garden, etc! You are welcome to half the hallway closet and half the medicine cabinet and half the kitchen food storage space. You will have a parking pad out back or can park on the street out front. There is a washer and dryer in the basement to do your laundry. There is plenty of storage space in the attic and basement if needed. You can watch TV and hang with me, otherwise I have an extra TV I can put in your room, and there is a third TV in the basement. There is a desktop computer in the kitchen if you need to do computer work. You will have access to the internet. The kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, toaster, and a ton of cabinet space. There is a mushroom lab in the basement — yes you read that correctly, a mushroom lab. I smoke cannabis indoors and you can too. I have a fireplace, a fire pit, a three-season porch. There is a bunny in the yard I befriended and you can be friends with him too if you want, no pressure. I am a 32 year old dude. I work as a record dealer + antique dealer. I wake up around 9am, sleep around 1am. I am usually home around 5pm and do not go out too much. I smoke cannabis. I am not religious or political. I have never been married, have no kids, and am actively dating. I am mainly into nerdy hobbies including but not limited to: movies, music, books, history, art, culture, science, and nature. I am usually doing the following when not working: Watching movies, playing video games, browsing the internet, reading Lord of the Rings, chilling at the brewery, hiking and foraging, thrift shopping.
