Preethi's room

Hi All! I have a room for rent in a house in Southcenter for $1000. My husband and I own this new house and we rent out the bedrooms (I’m 30 year old woman and don’t live here).

Rent includes high-speed internet, water, sewer, garbage, electricity, pest control, and a bi-monthly house cleaner. Once per month I stock the house with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher soap, Clorox wipes, and garbage bags.

Looking for a female roommate as all roommates are female in this house as well. No pets and No smoking.

The house cleaner comes once every 2 weeks and scrubs the entire house, even the toilets, tubs and showers. She sanitizes the kitchen, vacuums the carpets and staircase. She will even vacuum your bedroom.

The house is a 3 min walk to a park and ride, and only a 20 min bus ride to downtown Seattle. We are 10 minute drive to SODO. We are a walking distance to the Foster Golf Course as well as walking distance to the Interurban Ave Starbucks.

The roommates are respectful fun people who are young working professional women.
