I’m looking for two roommates to join a 1-year lease for the house that I currently live in from September ’22 through September ’23. The house is a large single family home on the Old Northside built just a few years ago with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fenced in backyard, washer/dryer, beautiful kitchen, and a two car garage. There are two living options available:

1. $1,133 / month: Two of the second floor bedrooms (bedroom + home office) and your own bathroom with dual sinks.

2. $1,133 / month: Basement bedroom with your own office area and private bathroom. There is also a large living area in the basement which is communal, but if you would like that to be your private living area, we can discuss.

I’m in my mid-twenties and am looking for two younger, female roommates to join a 1-year lease (starting in September) of the house that I currently live in on the Old Northside. I am a Director of Marketing for a software company and work from home the majority of the week - whether from my bedroom or in the living/dining room. I am very friendly, social, and clean, and am looking for roommates who are easy to live with. I love to go out with friends, host small dinner/outdoor gatherings (and will always be respectful of my roommates), and am very active in terms of running, hiking, doing things outside, and bouldering. Love making new friends and trying new things.
