Shared bathroom with 1 person. $1200 for the room, utilities and internet included. I have a house cleaning service monthly as well included in the rent. You will have full use of the home and backyard. Available now, will need to do in person interview and will need $40 fee for background check. Rent is month to month with $500 cleaning deposit.

Household includes myself, I am in my late 20’s, I have no pets, not kids, no drama. Pets are allowed in the house! Will need two chill roommates two occupy the rooms. I’m a musician so I’m gone a lot of the time practicing with my two bands and jamming with friends.
