West Julian Street

A great place at a bargain price because I’ll be paying most of the rent – The Julian is a really great building in downtown San Jose – pool, gym, roof deck, dog park, bbq, coworking space and friendly and cool community. Apartment is 2-bedroom, and each room has its own private bathroom and closet, so plenty of privacy. Kitchen is new, with dishwasher, and there is a washer/dryer. Dogs and cats are welcome, but the Julian is a no smoking building.

I am 26, grew up in New York City, attended college in Vermont, and moved to California 5 years ago – I love the relaxed, friendly people here. I work in a restaurant just a 15 minute walk from the apartment. I love to swim, draw, go to sports games and plan to return to school to major in psychology in the fall. I adore dogs but sadly work too much to able to own one of my own so would especially love a dog-owner roommate!
