I am a very chill, healthy, happy, sweet person. I have a very big yard and work on my garden allot. I rent out the bottom half of my house to a traveling nurse, so please understand this is a very large house, “not a duplex”! So being respectful of everyone and how loud you are is important. No Animals, I’m so sorry, no kids, I’m sorry. This home is absolutely gorgeous, the back porch is incredible. The yard alone will melt you. I have done lots of remodeling in the upper unit of my home, so it’s absolutely beautiful. Every one calls it a Zen Den 🙏❤️🦋🌈 LGBTQ friendly, so many 🌱 plants.
