Two private rooms for rent. The room with a bed is priced at $1100 every month. The smaller room without a bed is priced at $900 every month. There is one bathroom that the two roomies will share. Laundry on site. Shared kitchen.

This place is peaceful; I want a quiet, neat, and a respectful roomie. I work a lot, so I am not always at home. So When I come back, it’s good that the house is kept tidy. I prefer someone who doesn’t play loud music because this is a quiet neighborhood. Someone quiet. There are No pets because the apartment doesn’t like it. The bathroom must be kept clean so it’s conducive for others. Thanks.
