Located at River pointe apartments by chinden and glenwood, we are located right off the greenbelt. We have one room in a 3 bed 2 bath place. Shared bathroom and laundry in unit. Utilities are never more than $100 a month. Lease until Feb 7th.
About the roomies
I’m a 27 year old preschool teacher and the other roomie is a 20 year old professional cleaner. We have 2 ESA cats but the apartment won’t allow more than 2, even ESAs in the apartment. Must be cat and lgbt friendly.
