Monet's room

The house is located in Redlands, CA near the University of Redlands. Rent is about $660-$700 a month per person, which includes all utilities and wifi. The house has three bedrooms (2 with AC units), and 1.5 bathrooms. We are hoping to rent the third bedroom, which has an AC unit and closet, but it is not furnished. The kitchen and living room are furnished and the house has a washing machine and dryer included. There is also a fenced side yard, and a front lawn which is maintained by the landlord.

My name is Monet and my flatmate Caleb and I are looking for a third person to join us on our lease starting in early-mid july. We were intending to sublet from the previous occupants but they have all moved out, and the landlord is interested in starting a new lease. As a roommate, I am neat, financially responsible, and I have experience living with other people. I prefer that shared living spaces stay clean, and I generally keep to myself since I work during the day. I am willing to live with pets. My flatmate Caleb is interested in getting a small dog, but the house does not currently have pets. I don’t smoke but I am willing to live with someone who does, preferably if they go outside or to the side yard.
