James's room

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with more than enough area for personal space. Older building with lots of character and tall ceilings. You would have 2 rooms to use however you see fit. And the common space has a large TV with plenty of couches. You would only need to bring a bedroom set.

Currently 1 male and 1 cat. I am very respectful of boundaries and personal space. I work hard to keep things tidy and the house in order. Once-Twice a month I do have my 6 y/o son for the weekend. I generally am gone at work for around 12 hours a day (5-6am through 5pm) and try to maintain quiet late hours.
