• My home is in Richland, near the new Dupertail bridge, easily accessible & 6 minutes from the Duportail Shopping Center. I am right across from the Yakima River and the nature reserve for amazing walks and views of the river.
• Bedrooms are approx. 10’ x 12’
• Renters would need to have their own bedding, personal towels, etc. One room has a bed and dresser. The other room is unfurnished.
• Each bedroom has its own closet & you’ll share a full bathroom with 1 person.
• Washer and dryer are available, and some space in frig, etc. for food goods.
• You may use other portions of my home except my bedroom.
• There is some designated shelve space for storage in the garage
• I also have a jacuzzi, and allow a small dog (if potty trained, I have a doggie door).
• Home is fenced, with a large driveway for lots of parking, and some garden area.
• This can be three month, then full year rental, but with a full month notice of cancellation of rental agreement.
• Rent is $750.00 per room with $50.00 for reasonable utility usage.
• Request a damage deposit of $200.00, that will be returned upon departure after a damage assessment is conducted with approval.
• My goal is help two people who would enjoy a home for the half the price of living in an apartment without all the associated costs.

I am a single woman, mid-aged, and I work at Hanford site, and on a 4/10 schedule Monday-Friday, 4:30am to 5pm. I travel a lot on the weekends in the summer and love the outdoors. I am not a clean freak, but pick up after myself and so does the late 20’s couple that I live with. We are easy-going, fun loving, and positive people looking for one other person of the same, to share our nice home & relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.
