I have a 2 BR/2 Bath loft. You would get your own master bedroom, private bathroom, built-in desk, and walk-in closet. The shared space includes a den with a fireplace, couch, TV, and a balcony. The kitchen is spacious and has a modern dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The property includes a gym, a pool, and great views of the mountains. Parking is included in the rent.

I am a gay tech worker that works a hybrid/remote schedule. I am mostly quiet and keep to myself. I am very clean. I own 2 cats so you must be friendly to cats. I’d prefer a friendly roommate who is also clean and does not like to have many people over often. I have the room that’s to the right of the balcony and use the loft as my office. You would get the master suite and the built-in desk/office space next to it.
