Hello, I am renting out a room in my home. Rent is $800 a month including utilities.

Rules: No parties, no smoking, no drugs, no excessive guests over at a time.

More features: *2 bed 1 bath. *The room currently has curtains, bookshelf, and a bed. I occasionally buy furniture which I may put in there if you need it. *Walk in closet. *Neighborhood pool. *The kitchen has an oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, and rice cooker. I also have a laundry machine and dryer. *I have a cat named Spectre. She is timid, but friendly. I take care of her and clean up after her. *Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Looking for a quiet and clean roommate. The bills are included with rent.

*$50 application fee to cover back ground check, credit check and ID check. This is not necessary if you have these completed via Roomies.com.

Bank statements and/or last 2 pay stubs will be needed to prove employment/proof of income.

Taking your own renters insurance is highly advised. My home is insured but will not cover any loss to a sublet lease.

Common area such as the bathroom, kitchen and living room should be kept clean at all times.
