Hey there! I’m renting out a couple rooms in my house. The house is a 3 bed/2 bath in North Salem and has been updated recently. I’ll be staying in the master bedroom and renting out the two other rooms that would share a bathroom.

About me: I’m a 32 y/o male, single, no kids, and work full time at a local non-profit. When I’m not at work I like to go on walks, watch Netflix, game on my PC, and when the weather is right, I like to go hiking/exploring and forage for mushrooms (regular mushrooms that you cook and eat and/or sell to restaurants). Other than that, I’m pretty laid back, friendly, a little quirky and goofy, reliable, trustworthy, and down to earth.

I’m looking for other males in their 20’s or early 30’s who have stable employment, transportation, and no kids that will be living with them. I ask that people don’t have people staying the night, and no hard drugs or heavy alcohol use . I’m hoping to find someone who wants to rent for more than just a couple months. There are currently four cats here and I prefer not to add any additional animals to the house.

My other housemate is in his 20’s and is pretty quiet and laid back. Let me know if you are interested and we can find a time to talk :)
