Hi there, I’m looking for someone to sign a 1 year lease with me for the larger bedroom with a walk in closet for $975 + utilities. Includes a spot in the heated garage. Utilities are $50-70 /mo 45 application fee (credit & income check) $700 security deposit. I’d love to find someone in their late 20s/ early 30s but I’m open to anyone younger as long as you’re responsible and clean.

I’m looking for a roommate that is clean and low key. I’d also love to find someone that potentially has some furniture to bring into the apartments. The furniture in the living room and patio is my current roommates. Open to working together to get together any furniture you don’t have for the common spaces.

This is an older unit with a bit of charm, hence the price. The carpets are pretty old with staining, there’s weirdly carpet on the patio that has seen better days and the appliances and wallpaper in the bathroom is old but I’m working on putting up new wallpaper. Also the carpets will be steam cleaned once my current roommate has moved her furniture out.

I just turned 31 and I own a small business selling sustainably sourced second hand clothing. I also hostess 3-4 nights a week in the city. I’m out and about a lot but love to explore the city and outdoors any chance I get. I’m originally from Florida but settled down here in Colorado after traveling for 4.5 years around Asia, Australia and NZ. Im very bubbly and out going but also really appreciate my alone time since my schedule is so busy. I’m LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly.
