Christy's room

The unit is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom, but the smaller bedroom is occupied. The available room is the master room with a private bathroom connected to the bedroom. There are two large closets in the room that provides ample storage. Two good sized windows in the room as well. The property has a cute courtyard outside with shading and seats available. The apartment is located on Davis Islands near the local restaurants and stores. It is a great location to be near the water and has a local beach about 4 minutes down the road. Pest control and water is included in the monthly rent. Wi-Fi and electric are separate, but are split half with the other tenant.

There is one young adult that lives in the apartment with her medium-sized dog that is friendly. Her furniture includes a couch and coffee table in the living room as well as a table and chairs in the kitchen. I will be moving out of the apartment, so I could be closer to friends.
