Hi

We are renting a basement in a townhouse to non-smoking female, it is available from today. The furniture is different with what is in the picture.

The basement has

• A den that you can use as a room.
• Full bath
• Off-street parking
• Sliding door to yard.
• Kitchen with sink and refrigerator
• It can be rented furnished or unfurnished (you will decide)
• You may use the basement door for the entrance, but because you have to walk on grass, we are ok with using the front door to enter the basement. But the basement has a door on the main level, so your privacy will be kept.

• Utilities are included.
• It does not have a washer and dryer, but we want to buy one very soon.
