The room for rent has its own closet along with a full private bathroom. You’ll also have your own assigned parking spot within the complex.
The townhome itself has a large kitchen and living room section, along with an additional downstairs half bathroom and coat room. Washer/Dryer is included and located on the second floor. There is also a decent sized outdoor section downstairs.
The location also has a pool as well for the upcoming summer months!
I’m a 28year old working professional who enjoys spending his off time being as active as possible. That being said, I enjoy a solid 8hr Netflix binge session as much as the next person, and so does my furry friend🐈! I’m more of the relaxing and cleanly type so I’m looking for someone who’s similar but not oppose to other types of people. Honestly, as long as we vibe and your financially responsible then I’m sure it’ll be a solid living situation.
