Grace's room

Beautiful spacious home in Golden hill. Walking distance from downtown, balboa park, and the bay. The house is surrounded with windows giving wonderful natural light and fresh air all day. The bedroom is downstairs on the main floor connecting off the living room onto the bathroom/kitchen, with windows and a walk-in closet. The living room is quite large and there is a sunroom as well as a concrete backyard space.

My name is Grace, I’m 21 years old and I have 3 jobs. Due to working so much I’m not at home often just a few days a week, and really only at nighttime. I’m extroverted however respectful to privacy. I love to paint, sew, and be outdoors anytime I can.
