Hello, me my other roommate (both transgirls in our 30’s) are looking for another girl or non-binary roommate(s). The room for rent is walk out basement room and about 450 sq ft, it’s massive and would probably be better suited for two people to live in. The shared spaces (living room, kitchen, dinning room) is about 600 sq ft. There’s also a full bathroom in suite as well. The rent of $950 a month and utilities are shared between all residents. $1150 per month if two people are renting the room. Washer and drier are in the house, electric heating, high speed internet, balcony, grill, full kitchen, free parking. The back yard is fenced in which is perfect for a pet. The house is located off of Ballenger Creek Pike. Pets welcome.

The to living here are queer trans women in their 30s and we’re looking to rent with somebody that’s within our community.

All of us are gamers, Star Trek nerds, anime nerds, wrestling nerds and the like. Since we will be cohabiting with the new roommate we are looking for someone we would get along well with. No drugs, no partying, 420 is ok but the deposit will need to be higher to cover for cleaning expenses. This would be ideal for someone that’s a college student. I will be running background and credit checks on any perspective roommate so if you know you have a long history of crime and racking up debt, this place isn’t for you. I can’t just let anyone live with me without knowing they’re safe these days.
