About the room

Hello, me my other roommate are looking for another girl or non-binary roommate(s). The room for rent is walk out basement room and about 450 sq ft, it’s massive and would probably be better suited for two people to live in. The shared spaces (living room, kitchen, dinning room) is about 600 sq ft. There’s also a full bathroom in suite as well. The rent of $1000. Washer and drier are in the house, electric heating, high speed internet, balcony, grill, full kitchen, free parking. The back yard is fenced in which is perfect for a pet. Thick walls, I never hear my neighbors. The house is located off of Ballenger Creek Pike, close to a dog park, play ground, basketball, football, and baseball park. Pets welcome.

About the roomies

Since we will be cohabiting with the new roommate we are looking for someone we would get along well with. No drugs, no partying, 420 is ok but the deposit will need to be higher to cover for cleaning expenses. This would be ideal for someone that’s a college student. I will be running background and credit checks on any perspective roommate so if you know you have a long history of crime and racking up debt, this place isn’t for you. I can’t just let anyone live with me without knowing they’re safe these days.
