Oshin's room

1 Bedroom with separate bathroom is available for rent. Current lease ends in December but will extend it on month to month basis till June-July 2023. You will be added as an occupant on the lease after background checkup from leasing office.

You will share the apartment with me. I work from home all days and have my office setup in the living area so I am looking preferably for a person who goes out for the work. I cook often and like to keep it clean. Looking for a roommate who is adjustable and respects each others space and privacy.
