This listing is for the 2nd bedroom of a 2-story house located just above the garage. The house has had a lot of renovations done including brand new carpeting and front/side landscaping. This bedroom has a single north-facing window, is about 111 square feet, and has a walk-in closet at just under 20 square feet. Included in this listing is a shared bathroom with dual sinks and a bathtub. The neighborhood is quiet, about 15 to 20 minutes south of downtown Reno, and 25 to 30 minutes north of downtown Carson City. Regarding pets, please discuss with me your pet situation and I will review it on a case-by-case basis.

Three of the four total rooms in the house are occupied, one by me, my sister, and a current tenant. For all intents and purposes, it is mostly just me present most of the time. I am a Firmware/Software Engineering manager (and also a Reiki master) and UNR Electrical Engineering graduate who is originally from the Philippines and is a US citizen. I am also a ketogenic dieter for several years and would be happy to share my recipes and/or my knowledge on the subject, however, you are welcome to bring in whatever you wish into the kitchen! I am looking for heart-centered people to share my space!
