A cute old house house that’s on a lovely shaded lot with lots of yard to enjoy. Three window units offer Climate control zones so no fighting over the thermostat. Laundry machines in place so no having to take it to the mat. You can walk or bike to Downtown with relative ease but I like the Davenport for a local watering hole.

I’m a 36 year old, Male, Locksmith with years in the trade. My schedule is all over the place so I may be up late or heading out super early so milling about the house is common. Your other mate is the Train, it’s schedule is also random and its very noticeable. If you have never lived by trains before it might be something to consider. I’m fairly social.
