About the room
Located in San Carlos and is about 2 miles from fgcu. Its over 1300 square feet and is an open floor plan so it feels pretty spacious. As far as security deposit goes there should not be one as we’ve paid it in the beginning of the lease term and getting you on the lease won’t be an issue just have to make a few phone calls.
About the roomies
Just me and Ryan were both in our 20s looking to find a third roommate. Ryan does have a small dog.
