My name is Chris. I have lived here for 5 years and it is a beautiful property in a great location. I surf, bike, workout, love the ocean and playing pool. Have a pool table under the sundeck out back and look forward to shooting a few games with our new renter. Do a little gardening on the side yard with a few punching bags and weights for anyone who cares to use them. Other roomate’s name is Anna. She is a waitress at a seafood restaurant in Carlsbad. A student at Mira Costa College. Our other roommate who is moving out is a Marine Staff Sergent that is being redeployed.
