Looking for two people to replace my roommates’ part of our lease once they move out. There are two bedrooms + 1 shared bathroom available, along with 1 shared garage spot. Lease will start Sep. 1 for at least 12 months with possibility of extension.

The house is incredibly spacious, updated, and clean. Located minutes from I-25, a Costco (yay), and less than half an hour from Denver and Boulder. We’ll also have a backyard with pet turf (aka very little maintenance) and a patio area for a grill & table set if we want :) The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and safe.

I absolutely love living in this house and would be happy to find two people to continue living here with! Alternatively, one person can rent out both rooms for $1,700/mo. if you are looking to have an extra room as a study, workout room, etc.

Utilities currently come out to around $100/mo. per person but I’m also happy to explore new internet options to see if we can get that price down. Other costs may also go down depending on our energy/water usage, etc.

I’m a 28-year old Colorado native who loves reading, writing, dancing, karaoke, and anything to do with croissants or donuts.

I’m clean, respectful, and communicative, and spend most of my time at home to myself so you’ll have plenty of privacy and quiet while living with me :)

I currently work as a writer for Salesforce which I love, and I graduated from the U of I Urbana-Champaign.
